What is the warranty period of your purchased products?

All of our products come with 365 days return to base hardware warranty for your peace of mind unless stated otherwise. We will repair or replace your purchased item without any additional cost including Labors and parts. In case of major failure if we can repair or replace your item, we will issue a full refund of your purchased price.

What is included in warranty?

The following are covered under warranty:
  • Major hardware failure including motherboard, hard drive (SSD/HDD), power supply (PSU), screens, keyboards/touchpad/touchscreens, or any physical component failure.
  • All laptops batteries are tested and come with minimum one hour guarantee.

What is not included in warranty?

The following are not covered under warranty:
  • Software issue – System errors caused by incorrect hardware/drivers install/Any third-party software or due to virus infection.
  • Data recovery – Adelaide PC Services is not responsible for data loss/data recovery for any warranty repair/replacement. Please ask for a quote via email or contact form.
  • Physical / Accidental damage – any physical damaged caused by handling an item or incorrect hardware install/modification or misuse.
  • Environmental damage – damage due to any kind of liquid e.g., coffee spill, storm or product is constantly operating in very dusty or oily environment.
  • Miscellaneous items – Lithium coin-cell battery of desktops/laptops, power adapters, printer Ink & Toner Cartridges, and accidentally broken Video or I/O Ports are not covered under warranty.

How to make warranty claim?

Any product purchased online from our direct website, please submit your inquiry using our contact form and obtain Return Authorisation (RA) number first. We will send you a separate instruction via email, once your return is approved with RA number.

What is our Warranty Return Policy?

  • No return is accepted without any Return Authorization (RA) number and considered as an authorised return
  • Any return items without RA number will be shipped back to the customer at customer’s expense
  • RA number is valid only for 30 days from its first issue
  • A buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Adelaide PC Services is not responsible for any loss/damage done by AU Post or any courier company during transit
  • Once your purchased item is repaired or replaced shipped back to the customer and the customer is responsible for that shipping cost.

What is our DOA or Faulty Returns Policy?

For any DOA or Faulty Item returns, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number first, any DOA or Faulty item returns eligible for free shipping but please contact us first with problem description. Thank you.
